Standard Return Policy on All Wedding Items
At Belle Styles, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy that you selected us to assist in making your special day. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and you would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at service@bellestyles.com or by calling 888-449-0038 within 10 days from receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
Orders returned or refused without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges incurred in the shipping and back shipping of merchandise. All returned goods will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. A returned shipment must include a "Return Authorization Number" or it will be refused by Belle Styles. Items correctly personalized cannot be returned. Information will be applied to the product in the same order and exactly as submitted. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of your UPS delivery date for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept partial returns.
The following items are not returnable
Partial Returns: Due to quantity pricing, we can not accept partial order returns.
Customized orders, personalized orders, and engraved products. (Items personalized as per order cannot be returned.)
Lip Balms, hand sanitizers, and personal care products.
Edible and Confectionery merchandise
Wearables which have been worn (i.e.- Garters, Jewlery)
Wedding bubbles, Wedding Candy, Cameras)
Chocolate Disclaimer (May thru October)
To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $12. In addition, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via UPS Ground will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air.
To prevent chocolates from melting due to summer heat, between May 1 and October 31 the following locations must choose 2nd Day Shipping AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, PR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, and WY
Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday from May 1st - October 31st. During these months, we suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight.
It is the customers responsibility to add the insulated packaging to their order. By adding the order to the shopping cart, you have hereby agreed to these terms.
Refunds on Orders Which Received Free Shipping
If the returned items causes your order to fall below our free shipping threshold, you will be subject to the original shipping charges.
If you return an entire order which received free shipping, you will be responsible for the original shipping on the order.

Shipping Rates for US:
Processing time for non personalized or non engraved items are 1 to 4 business days prior to shipping (weekends and holidays are not included). Shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States only. To determine your shipping fees click on the calucate shipping link located in your shopping cart.
Processing time for personalized items are from 3 to 6 business days before they are shipped. Processing time for engraved items can take up to 10 business days before they are shipped.
Shipping Rates for Canada:
For Canada & other international orders, duties, taxes and brokerage fees may be imposed by your local custom authorities and will be due at the time of delivery. Our shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes or fees that may be imposed by your local custom authorities. Undeliverable Packages
Please be aware that undeliverable packages, returned packages and address corrections made by the shipping carrier (UPS/Fedex..etc) will incur additional fees. If the customer requires the order to be re-shipped, the shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
