How long does personalization take?
Personalized wedding favors and gifts are made to order and usually ship within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Order early for large quantities.
Can I preview my personalization?
Yes. Email us after ordering and we will confirm your wording before production if you would like a proof.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link through our secure Stripe checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders over $75. Express options are available at checkout.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes - subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting us before the next billing date.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
